Product Introduction:
The jndwater series water bottling machine is a filling equipment that integrates cleaning, filling and capping. The water filling machine can fill drinking water, purified water, mineral water, and still drinks, and the water filling bottle machine can meet the mass production needs of modern bottling plants.

Functions and features:
1. Automatic break protection for power leakage and short circuit;
2. Under-pressure protection: When incoming air's pressure is less than 0.4MPa, the equipment will be automatically stopped;
3. Water-shortage protection: When the level of the water tank is lower than that of the liquid switch, the equipment will be automatically stopped.

Custom services
We will provide supporting equipment, based on the liquid, bottle type and output , from the water treatment equipment to the palletizing machine and the related auxiliary equipment.
Among them, in the choice of bottle size and style, We can use the general description of the customer (or the customer can give the bottle he likes), or we can carve the customer's logo, use CAD and other drawing software to make the vector drawing of the bottle to the customer to confirm the style. The mold will be produced according to the pattern, and then blowing some bottle sample to let customer to make sure, after customer confirmation, the mold will be saved and put into production later. Customers can also give us a drawing of bottle to process the mold to meet the needs.
With regard to bottle labels, the customer provides us the logo and related information which will display on the label, or provide a previous designs, and we will selects labels of different materials to be printed according to the type of the label machine.
We will make the layout of the whole factory building according to the size of the factory and the layout of each room, combined with the size of our equipment, confirm the location of each equipment, and make the drawings. 
According to the drawings, we will finish the conveyor system, make sure that the conveyor system between each equipment can running smoothly, and made full use of the customer plant space simultaneously.
