1. Product introduction :Jndwater 5 gallon barrel water filling machine is a device for filling pure water, and can also be used for filling distilled water and mineral water. The equipment integrates automatic external barrel brushing, automatic bottle loading mechanism, automatic bottle washing and disinfection, automatic filling, automatic capping, automatic capping and light inspection, heat shrink film, and finished product delivery. The output is 100-450 barrels/hour and can be customized.

3.Product functions Automatic flushing: The 5 gallon filling machine is equipped with multiple flushing processes, including alkaline liquid decontamination, disinfectant water flushing and pure water flushing to ensure the cleanliness of the barrel inside and outside. Custom services
We will provide supporting equipment, based on the liquid, bottle type and output , from the water treatment equipment to the palletizing machine and the related auxiliary equipment.
Among them, in the choice of bottle size and style, We can use the general description of the customer (or the customer can give the bottle he likes), or we can carve the customer's logo, use CAD and other drawing software to make the vector drawing of the bottle to the customer to confirm the style. The mold will be produced according to the pattern, and then blowing some bottle sample to let customer to make sure, after customer confirmation, the mold will be saved and put into production later. Customers can also give us a drawing of bottle to process the mold to meet the needs.
With regard to bottle labels, the customer provides us the logo and related information which will display on the label, or provide a previous designs, and we will selects labels of different materials to be printed according to the type of the label machine.
We will make the layout of the whole factory building according to the size of the factory and the layout of each room, combined with the size of our equipment, confirm the location of each equipment, and make the drawings.
According to the drawings, we will finish the conveyor system, make sure that the conveyor system between each equipment can running smoothly, and made full use of the customer plant space simultaneously.
